Purpose
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the Winter 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”) operated by Nevis during the period specified above. By participating in the Promotion and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nevis.
Definitions

Nevis: refers to the brand and/or legal entity operating the Promotion, including any authorized agents acting on its behalf.

Customer, you, your: means any individual who browses Nevis’s website, registers an account, subscribes to communications, or places an order on Nevis’s website.

Eligible Products: means products available for purchase on Nevis’s website that are included in the Promotion. All regular merchandise and new arrivals displayed on the website are eligible unless explicitly marked as excluded.

Promotion Period: means the time period during which the Promotion is active (January 12, 2026 at 00:00:00 local time through January 15, 2026 at 23:59:59 local time).

15% Discount: means the sitewide promotion of exactly 15% off the price of Eligible Products as described in these Terms. This discount is applied to the product price before taxes, shipping, and other fees.

Order Total: means the monetary total of all merchandise in your cart before taxes, shipping fees, and after any item-level discounts, but before the 15% discount is applied.

First Order: means the first completed purchase made by a Customer on Nevis’s website (whether during the Promotion Period or at any time).

10% Follow-Up Code: means the one-time promotional code for 10% off, which may be sent by Nevis to the Customer’s email address following a qualifying first order, subject to the conditions described in the Post-Purchase 10% Follow-Up Offer section below.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 00:00:00 (local time) on January 12, 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 (local time) on January 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only orders placed and payment-authorized during the Promotion Period are eligible for the 15% discount. Orders placed before or after this period will not receive the Promotion discount unless Nevis explicitly states otherwise in writing.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Customers who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), regardless of prior purchase history. The Promotion is not open to employees of Nevis where restricted by law, or to anyone otherwise disqualified by Nevis for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. By participating in the Promotion, Customers represent that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms.
Offer Description
During the Promotion Period, all Customers will receive a 15% discount on Eligible Products sitewide. This discount is applied to the product price and is exactly 15% off, not “up to” 15%. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the discount. Every order that includes Eligible Products will receive 15% off those products. The 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout; no promo code is required or available. All Customers will see this offer when they shop at Nevis. The Promotion is available to any Customer for any number of orders during the Promotion Period. Each new order is eligible for the 15% discount, and there is no limit on the number of discounted orders per Customer unless Nevis states otherwise. The Promotion is subject to all limitations, exclusions, and conditions set out in these Terms.
How to Redeem

Browse Nevis’s website and add Eligible Products to your shopping cart.

At checkout, the 15% discount will be applied automatically to each eligible item; you do not need to enter a promo code.

Ensure that all items in your cart are marked Eligible (items may be marked or indicated on the website). The discount will not apply to excluded items.

If the discount does not appear, double-check that you are within the Promotion Period and that all products in your cart are eligible. If you continue to experience issues, contact Nevis customer support at clients@nevislook.com with your order or cart details and a description of the issue.
Eligible Products & Exclusions
By default, all products on Nevis’s website are considered Eligible Products for this Promotion. This includes new arrivals, regular merchandise, and any items that are active on the site during the Promotion Period.
Excluded items include, but are not limited to:

Any products or categories that Nevis explicitly designates as excluded on the website
These exclusions will be clearly marked on product pages or in the cart/checkout if applicable. If your order contains both Eligible and Excluded Products, the 15% discount will apply only to the Eligible Products portion of your Order Total.
Promotion Terms

Single Offer: The 15% discount cannot be combined or “stacked” with any other promotional code, offer, bundle deal, membership reward, loyalty discount, or pricing promotion unless Nevis explicitly states otherwise.

Account Use: Each order will receive the 15% discount only once; placing multiple promo codes in one order is not possible (in fact, no promo code is needed). However, Customers can place multiple separate orders during the Promotion Period, each receiving the 15% discount.

Revocation of Promotion: Nevis reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse this Promotion, or to cancel or invalidate any order or discount if the Promotion was obtained by fraudulent or prohibited means, or in violation of these Terms.
Pricing, Display & Errors

Price Display: The price displayed at checkout after applying the 15% discount is the final price you will pay for the Eligible Products. This price (including any shipping, taxes, and fees) will be charged to your payment method.

Pricing Errors: Nevis strives to ensure pricing accuracy on its website. However, in the event of an obvious error (for example, an incorrect price that is clearly a typo or not in line with typical pricing), Nevis reserves the right to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, Nevis will notify the Customer and refund any amounts charged.

Apparent Errors: If a pricing error is “obvious and apparent” (for example, a misplaced decimal point that a reasonable person would recognize as a mistake), Nevis may cancel that order.
Payment, Taxes & Duties

Currency and Discounts: All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise clearly indicated. The 15% discount applies to the USD price of Eligible Products.

Taxes & Duties: Applicable taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other governmental charges are not included in the discounted price unless specifically stated. Customers are responsible for all such charges, which will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination and local regulations.

Payment Authorization: Orders are subject to payment pre-authorization. If your payment method is not approved by your bank or payment provider, Nevis reserves the right to cancel the order.
Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

Shipping Fees: Nevis provides free standard shipping (USD $0) on all orders. There is no minimum purchase amount required for free shipping during the Promotion or at any time. This shipping fee waiver is an ongoing policy for Nevis.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Nevis will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all orders promptly. High order volumes during the Promotion Period may result in delays.

Partial Shipments: If parts of an order are in stock while others are on backorder, Nevis may ship available items first and ship the rest later. All shipping for the order remains free, and customers will not be charged extra for multiple shipments.

Order Notifications: Customers will receive email notifications when the order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered (when applicable). It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check that address for these notifications.
Order Modifications & Cancellations

Order Changes: Customers may request changes (e.g., adding or removing items) to an existing order by contacting Nevis customer service at clients@nevislook.com. Such requests are subject to Nevis’s ability to modify the order; once processing has started, changes may not be possible.

Customer Cancellations: If you cancel a discounted order and later place a new order, Nevis is not obligated to reissue the 15% discount (though the new order will still qualify if made during the Promotion Period). Any decision to reissue a discount code is at Nevis’s sole discretion.

Cancellation by Nevis: Nevis reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other business reasons. In the event of a cancellation by Nevis, the customer will be notified and any amounts charged for that order will be refunded.
Inventory & Availability

Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Nevis does not guarantee that any particular item will remain in stock.

Out-of-Stock Items: If a product in an order becomes unavailable after purchase, Nevis will contact the Customer to provide options. Options may include offering a replacement item of comparable value, issuing a partial refund for the unavailable item, or canceling the order for the unavailable item and providing a refund. Whenever possible, customer preferences will be accommodated.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard Policy: Nevis’s standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made during the Promotion, except that items explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns” remain non-returnable.

Refund Amount: Any refund will be based on the actual amount paid by the Customer after the 15% discount (and after any shipping or other valid charges). Refunds for Eligible Products will be the amount actually paid for those products.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or Nevis shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Processing: Nevis processes refunds after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refund timing depends on the payment method and bank, typically 5–14 business days after processing.

Effect on 10% Follow-Up Code: If a Customer receives a 10% follow-up code (see Post-Purchase 10% Follow-Up Offer below) but the associated order is subsequently returned or canceled, Nevis reserves the right to invalidate that 10% code.
Post-Purchase 10% Follow-Up Offer

Eligibility: After a Customer completes their first-ever order on Nevis (regardless of whether the 15% discount was applied), Nevis will send a one-time 10% discount code to the email address used for that order. This offer is intended as a thank-you for first-time purchasers.

Delivery: The 10% follow-up code will be delivered via email. Customers should ensure that their email address is entered correctly during checkout and should check spam/junk folders if they do not see the email.

Terms of 10% Code: The 10% discount code will have its own terms and expiry date, as specified in the email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the 10% code cannot be used in combination with the 15% Promotion discount or with any other promotional codes.

Redemption: To use the 10% code, the Customer must follow the instructions provided in the email (usually entering the code at checkout). The code must be redeemed within the validity period stated in the email.
Marketing Communications & Privacy

Order & Marketing Communications: By completing an order, Customers consent to Nevis using their contact information to send order-related communications (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, if the Customer has opted in, marketing communications about Nevis products and promotions.

Personal Data Use: Nevis will use personal data (such as email addresses) in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Specifically, Nevis will use the Customer’s email to deliver the 10% follow-up code and any relevant transactional information.

Opt-Out: Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Nevis support.
Fraud, Abuse & Remedies

Fraud Monitoring: Nevis monitors for suspected fraud and abuse (including multiple account creation, address manipulation, use of stolen payment methods, systematic promotion exploitation, etc.). Nevis may require additional verification of identity for any suspicious order.

Remedies: If fraud or abuse is suspected, Nevis may cancel orders, refuse to honor discounts, suspend or terminate customer accounts, seek recovery of any fraudulently obtained discounts or funds, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Unauthorized Use: Customers who believe their account or payment information has been used without authorization should contact Nevis immediately at clients@nevislook.com.
Intellectual Property
All promotional materials, trademarks, logos, domain names, and content on Nevis’s website are the property of Nevis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not use any of Nevis’s intellectual property without prior written permission from Nevis.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Promotion and all items sold through Nevis are provided “AS IS” without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevis disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (unless prohibited by law).
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevis’s total liability arising from or related to the Promotion or any order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer for the applicable order.

Exclusion of Damages: Nevis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Promotion or any order, even if Nevis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nevis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to any breach of these Terms or the Customer’s misuse of the Promotion.
Force Majeure
Nevis is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

Natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.)

Acts of government or war

Pandemics or epidemics

Labor disputes or strikes

Supplier delays

Other force majeure events.
In the event of such circumstances, Nevis may suspend or cancel the Promotion or any affected orders without liability.
Notices

To Customers: Nevis may communicate material updates or notices by posting them on its website, sending emails to the address on file, or displaying notices at checkout. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these communications and the terms at the time of ordering.

Amendments & Termination
Nevis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time for any reason, including technical issues, suspected fraud, changes in law, or other business considerations. If Nevis makes any material modifications to the Promotion or these Terms, Nevis will make reasonable efforts to post updated terms on the website and, where practical, notify customers via email or website notice. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to review the current Terms prior to ordering.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Nevis regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Promotion.
Assignment
Nevis may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party. Customers may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Nevis’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment will be null and void.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (or the jurisdiction where Nevis is incorporated, if different). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Promotion shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable time, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
Additional Provisions

Application of Offer: For purposes of enforcing any usage limits, Nevis may use various customer identifiers (such as email address, shipping address, payment method, or device fingerprint) to determine whether multiple orders are linked.

Gift Orders: If a Customer places an order as a gift on behalf of someone else, the use of the discount is attributed to the purchaser’s account (the gift recipient’s future promotions are not affected).

Price Adjustments: Once an order is placed and paid, it is not eligible for a price adjustment. Subsequent price reductions (including through this Promotion) do not retroactively apply to already-confirmed orders unless Nevis expressly authorizes an adjustment.

Promotional Materials: Advertisements, banners, or social media content describing the Promotion are for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms control.

Promotion Periods, Timing & Time Zone

All Promotion start and end times reference the local time zone displayed on the Website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm relevant times for their location. Orders placed before or after a Promotion Period will not receive that Promotion’s discount unless Nevis expressly states otherwise in writing.

Promotion Terms & Combination Rules

Single Offer per Item at Checkout: A single Promotion discount will apply to each Eligible Product in an order. Discounts cannot be stacked on a single product line item (for example, you cannot apply both the Mid-Month Up to 20% and an additional promo code to the same item).

Multiple Orders: Customers may place multiple separate orders during a Promotion Period. Each separate order placed and payment-authorized during the applicable Promotion Period is eligible for that Promotion’s discount, subject to these Terms.

No Double Dipping: The 10% Follow-Up Voucher (post-purchase) may not be used in combination with an active sitewide Promotion unless Nevis expressly allows stacking in writing. Any stacking rules will be stated in the voucher email.

Automatic Application: All sitewide discounts described in these Terms are applied automatically at checkout; no codes are required.
Pricing, Display & Errors

Final Price: The price shown at checkout after the Promotion discount is the price that will be charged to your payment method (plus applicable taxes and duties).

Pricing Accuracy: Nevis endeavors to ensure pricing accuracy but reserves the right to correct errors. If an incorrect price is clearly a mistake (for example, an obvious typo), Nevis may cancel the order and provide a refund for any amounts charged.

Price Adjustments: Once an order is placed and paid, it is not automatically eligible for retroactive price adjustments. Nevis may, in its discretion, offer an adjustment where appropriate. Out of Stock: If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Nevis will contact the Customer to offer a replacement, a partial refund, or cancel and refund the unavailable item. Nevis will endeavor to accommodate customer preferences where reasonably practicable.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard Policy: Nevis’s standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made during the Promotions, except where items are expressly marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns.” Such markings are binding.

Refund Calculation: Refunds will be issued based on the actual amount paid by the Customer for the returned product (i.e., after any Promotion discount was applied).

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or Nevis shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Processing Time: Nevis processes refunds after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refund timing depends on the payment method and bank, typically 5–14 business days after processing.

Effect on 10% Follow-Up Voucher: If a Customer receives a 10% Follow-Up Voucher as a result of a First Order and that order is later returned or cancelled, Nevis reserves the right to invalidate the voucher.
Post-Purchase 10% Follow-Up Voucher

Eligibility: After a Customer completes their First Order on the Website, Nevis may send a one-time 10% Follow-Up Voucher to the email address used for that order as a thank-you for first-time purchasers. Eligibility is subject to Nevis’s verification of the First Order.

Delivery & Redemption: The voucher will be delivered via email. The voucher’s terms (including expiry date, eligible products, and any usage restrictions) will be specified in the email and apply. Customers should check spam or junk folders if they do not receive the email.

Stacking: Unless expressly permitted in the voucher email, the 10% Follow-Up Voucher cannot be combined with active sitewide Promotions (e.g., Mid-Month or Valentine’s) or other promotional codes. Nevis will state any exceptions in the voucher email.

Voucher Abuse: Nevis reserves the right to cancel or invalidate vouchers suspected to be obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Marketing Communications & Privacy

Consent: By placing an order, Customers consent to receive order-related emails (order confirmations, shipping updates). If a Customer opts in to marketing communications, Nevis may send promotional emails.

Privacy Policy: Nevis uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for order fulfilment and to deliver the 10% Follow-Up Voucher where applicable.

Opt-Out: Customers may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in Nevis marketing emails or by contacting support.
Fraud, Abuse & Remedies

Monitoring: Nevis monitors for suspected fraud and abuse (multiple account creation, use of stolen payment methods, systematic exploitation of Promotions, etc.).

Remedies: If fraud or abuse is suspected, Nevis may cancel orders, refuse to honor discounts, suspend or terminate accounts, recover fraudulently obtained funds/discounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.

Unauthorized Use: If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment details, contact clients@nevislook.com immediately.
Intellectual Property
All promotional materials, trademarks, logos, Website content, and related intellectual property are the property of Nevis or its licensors. Customers may not use Nevis intellectual property without prior written permission.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by law, Promotions and all items sold through Nevis are provided “AS IS.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevis disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevis’s total liability related to any Promotion or any order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer for the applicable order.

Exclusion of Damages: Nevis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to Promotions, orders, or the Website.

Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nevis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of Promotions.
Force Majeure
Nevis is not liable for failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier delays, etc.). In such events Nevis may suspend or cancel Promotions or orders without liability.
Notices

To Customers: Nevis may post material updates on the Website, send emails to the address on file, or display notices at checkout. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review such communications.

Amendments & Termination
Nevis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion or these Terms at any time for any reason (technical issues, fraud, legal changes, business reasons). If material changes occur, Nevis will make reasonable efforts to post updated Terms on the Website and, where practicable, notify affected Customers. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to review current Terms prior to ordering.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between a Customer and Nevis regarding the Promotions and supersede prior agreements, written or oral.
Assignment
Nevis may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms. Customers may not assign rights or obligations without Nevis’s prior written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (or the jurisdiction where Nevis is incorporated, if different). Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing litigation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
Additional Provisions

Application of Offer: To enforce usage limits, Nevis may rely on email, shipping address, payment method, device fingerprint, or other identifiers to determine whether multiple orders are linked.

Gift Orders: Discounts used by a purchaser placing a gift order are attributed to the purchaser. Gift recipients’ future promotions are not affected.

Price Adjustments & Retroactivity: Orders placed and paid are not automatically eligible for subsequent Promotions. Any retroactive price adjustment is at Nevis’s discretion.

Promotional Content: Advertisements, banners, or social posts describing the Promotions are for convenience. Where any conflict exists between promotional content and these Terms, these Terms control.
