At Nevis, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our return and refund guidelines below. We also encourage all customers to carefully inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
1.3 Returns are not accepted for:
- Underwear and intimate items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
1.4 Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, email us at clients@nevislook.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos or documentation).
2.2 Once approved, our team will provide a PDF return label within 1–3 business days. Please print and attach this label securely to your package.
2.3 U.S. customers must drop off their package at any USPS post office.
3. Refunds and Return Costs
3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
3.2 Refund Options:
- Refund Only (no return required)
• Applies to all countries (including the U.S.)
• Customers receive a refund for the product price only
• Available if the item is defective or incorrect
• Request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date
- Return with Refund (U.S. customers only)
• Only available for orders delivered within the United States
• Customers send the item back to our U.S. warehouse
• A $5 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• Refund applies to the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
• Request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date
3.3 Damaged or incorrect items: Nevis will fully cover shipping costs for U.S. returns and provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on customer preference.
4. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
4.1 Returns are not accepted if:
- The item has been used, worn, washed, or altered
- The item is damaged due to misuse or improper care
- The item is marked as final sale or non-returnable at purchase
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
4.2 Items returned without tags, packaging, or proof of purchase may be rejected.
4.3 Nevis is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without our official return label.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving defective or incorrect items.
5.2 Please include order number and clear photos for faster resolution.
5.3 Nevis will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
