2. Processing Time

4. Tracking
4.1 Customers receive an email with tracking details once the order has shipped.
4.2 Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
5.1 For lost or severely delayed shipments, contact our support team.
5.2 Nevis will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the case.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
6.1 International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, or local taxes.
6.2 These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
6.3 For U.S. customers: Orders exceeding $800 per day may incur import taxes.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Return Shipping Cost
For customers in the United States only, a $5 flat return fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is sent back to our U.S. warehouse.
Customers outside the U.S. are not required to return the product. Instead, refunds will be processed directly for the product price only.
7.2 Refund Amount
Refunds cover the product price only.
Original shipping is free and non-refundable.
7.3 Process
Customers must request a return or refund within the valid return period.
Once approved, a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only) will be provided. Refunds are issued once the item is returned or confirmed eligible for direct refund.
